I’m Jason and I’m a personal trainer and health and fitness expert.

With over 25 years’ experience I am still as passionate about health and fitness as I was when I started my training aged 17 as the first fitness apprentice in the UK. I pride myself on being one of the UK’s leading personal trainers. It’s paramount to me that every session with a client is an engaging and effective experience for them. This is why I have a bespoke approach to each client’s health and fitness programme, delivering fast, outstanding results (I’m all about results!).

Within a career spanning over two decades I have managed health clubs, as well as owning and running my own, and I’ve also featured in numerous British publications. Fitness is in my blood, it’s my passion and this continuously spurs on my desire to expand my knowledge and expertise to pass on to you and give you the best training experience possible. 

My methods are unique and no session is ever the same. By asking detailed questions - and importantly - listening to your responses, I understand the areas to focus on and how to get the best from you with your training. This approach creates a team effort for my clients that goes far beyond the physical and integral boundaries of achievement. Your results matter to me as much as they do to you.
