PROCESS
Consultation
We’ll meet for an initial consultation to discuss what you want to achieve from your training. A short and physical assessment regarding health, fitness, lifestyle and well-being will also be carried out. There is no charge for your 30 minute consultation.
Programme
Following on from the initial consultation, I will customise a bespoke physical training programme along with a nutrition plan. Your training programme will be explained in detail and I can answer any questions you may have before training begins. If you’re already a member of a gym – I will also advise you on how to expand sessions around your personal training with me.
Training
Every training session is different. This enables me to challenge the body and mind to enable progression quickly and effectively. We will use a combination of training techniques, including functional, strength and dynamic. At the start of your first session I will gather information related to your body composition; measuring such things as body fat percentage, muscle mass and visceral fat percentages.
Monitoring
Regular assessments of your body composition are recorded throughout your training using medical grade equipment and the results are analysed allowing for continuous improvement from your sessions.
Discretion
Discretion is one of my top priorities. Training high profile clients means a complete understanding of how important anonymity and discretion can be. When you train with me – you’re in a private and professional environment. Non-disclosure agreements are also accepted where requested.
Please be aware that 24 hours cancellation notice is required for all training sessions otherwise charges may still apply.
