Vanessa and Paul are two perfect examples of how unique every client is and how important it is to train each of my clients as individuals. Vanessa is dynamic and has incredible core strength thanks to years of dedicated training and working to those strengths. Paul is a perfect example of building muscle and bulk, and a different kind of strength. One of the things I love about my job is the opportunity it gives me to be creative with my training and pull from tried and tested techniques, as well as creating many new ones of my own. Your fitness is exactly that… YOURS! It MUST give you results and it MUST be something that gives you a sense of achievement and enjoyment after every session. We are all individuals and it’s so much better to get out there and be active and love it than to not do anything at all, so find YOUR fit and go for it!
